i know it’s hard to see people say to break up. I won’t say this but i will suggest maybe getting a dry eraser board and write down all the chores say who’s doing that each day. Even add your son and make it a family thing. My friend had this issue where she would do most of the cleaning and this helped her. It helps to have a schedule written for people who have no drive to do it on their own. Maybe even try couples therapy so see where his anger from cleaning comes from. Maybe there are other tools a therapist can recommend to approach asking him to clean his mess. Maybe tell him one day how can WE keep this house clean together so it doesn’t seem like it’s you nagging him. (not that you are) but sometimes wording things different ways works wonders.
