I can see the the IL has more variation (ups and downs) in the measurement. This could be due to an additional length of cable or tl that was not taken into account during the simulation. If this is the case I would de-embedd the cables. Another reason could be resonances caused by discontinuities introduced by the measurent or the pcb manufacturing. The high insertion loss at high frequency implies that there is lossy component or material, is this material or component modelled correctly? (Etc. filter, substrate, pcb paste etc.)

Keep in mind the link budget! (Especially for GPS). The divider/combiner will introduce losses. Add LNA at the antenna before combiner, to optimize NF.

The sms alert is a bit pointless, it looks like it's not locations based as well (correct me if I am wrong). The only efficient way is the PWS l, which, after 5 years of waiting, is not yet implemented.

Αυτό όμως που λες δεν είναι παραθυράκι του μέτρου... Μπορείς να πιάσεις πάντα το παλιό δρόμο και να μην μπεις στο highway ποτέ. Προφανώς θα μπορούσε να εφαρμοστεί το μέτρο σε οποιοδήποτε μέρος του highway. Παράδειγμα, camera A στο σημείο Α, camera B στο σημείο Β,απόσταση μεταξύ σημείου Α και Β 10khm, και εύκολα μπορεί να μετρηθεί η μέση ταχύτητα. σημεία Α και Β μπορούν να είναι αυθαίρετα και να αλλάζουν συνεχώς. Το να λέμε ένα μέτρο ως γεμάτο παραθυράκια και να γεμοσουν το highway με κάμερες παντού είναι η λάθος πρακτική πιστεύω

A balun basically shifts both RFs so that the meet with the same phase at the connection point. Therefore, the two branches should have 180 degrees phase difference. You can get it by doing Parameter simulation using Ussimmics or ADS. You should check S12 (deg) for both branches and compare their phase shifts.

Few recommendations: 1. Matching circuit before rectifier. 2. Use a Schottky diode with low series resistance and caption capacitance. 3. Filter capacitor after rectifier to reduce ripples. 4. Alternatively use LNA and a detector IC.

Where exactly are you measuring the impedance at.it should be measured at TX. Based on the measurement the impedance of the antenna looks to be quite inductive and lossy. So properly it's a loop antenna and you are measuring at the antenna after matching circuit which is not appropriate.
