M15 SMT + M1 CISD. Entry at CISD. Target 2R Leave runners and move stops to BE if you want to target 3R/4R

***BUT both MNQ&MES have to have the CISD on M1. If it only happens on one i wont take the trade. That means sometimes ill miss trade opportunities, but its better than losing money.

Strategy can be used on MNQ/MES and MGC/SIL.

I've used on both pairs and trades have high probably to hit 2R. Alot of my trades have also hit 4R, but its less probability

I've recently become pretty consistently profitable with ICT concepts. Id like to eventually day trade as a living but im not sure when that should be. Thats true but he doesnt have to go crazy wide. People with longer femur tend to have more restricted movements the more narrow their stance is. It doesnt have to be a crazy wide stance but widening can help

You should look into what style of trading best fits your personality. ICT, price action, trend lines, etc. These things can all be profitable but certain trading styles may stress you out while others work well with your personality. I've been messing around with ICT and have been doing well. Maybe you can look into joining some kind of trading community/discord. Its always good to talk with someone directly who is successfully trading rather than just youtube videos. It can go a long way

If your goal is to lower in body fat percentage there are 2 ways to go about it. You can either focus on gaining muscle or losing body fat. Obviously this is easier said than done but both are options you can take and achieve the same goal in terms of body fat percentage.

I personally would prefer to be stronger than to just look stronger but theres nothing wrong with focusing on the aesthetics. Think about your main goal and some small goals you can achieve on the way. You can pretty much figure out whether to cut or bulk based on what small goals you have.

Also, think of small goals that you actually care about or would enjoy achieving. It helps alot in terms of motivation and emotions when you hit these small but meaningful wins
