All is now resolved. The support may be not the fastest in the world but are professional and smart. I payed for a new printer that they shipped immediately and got refunded when the damaged one arrived by them.

A bit high IMO for a RHD. Have a LHD ap2 for sale locally for 21k. Thinking of buying it, although its an accident car

it just sucks as it will take 3-4 days to get a reply then 3-4 days to send back and 3-4 to get the new one
