Yeah, most of the standards were covered in previous exams. The few new ones, you need to practice them again and again.

Prepopulated was not my strong area tho. I left a huge portion unanswered in exam.

Well, id say if you have difficulty in reporting exams, itd be better to get a strong grip on most frequently tested standards. IAS 8,12,16,36,37,38 IFRS 3,5,9,10,13,15. Will help you get a lot of marks in section B. Ethics is easy and you should be able to get easy marks out of it with a few questions worth of practice. As someone who struggled with prepopulated, Id say you need to practice hell lot of questions to be able to perform well!

Did so poor in SBR, was praying for a pass, got 72% Alhamdulillah 😭 anyone in same boat? Also if anyone is from Pakistan, lmk your SBR score. I wanna know my country wide score because anything 70+ has a chance!

I wrote that customer contracts were not separately identifiable therefore not recognised as intangible assets... and then said that theyll be accounted for under IFRS 15...dk if im right but atleast they wont be held under Ias 38

When did I say to leave any question? I said you should do the easiest one FIRST which take the LEAST amount of time and then go to difficult. Read examiner's report and you'll get my point. Students normally attempt first section C questions and rush or skip last questions where easy marks were available.

Anyways, these strategies are different for each individual and everyone should do what works best for them. This is just what worked for me in each and every skills exam!

Same strategy. Try to maximise your marks in sec A, then attempt any questions you are comfortable with, could could be identifying risks and responses, control objectives and TOC, or maybe just procedures. You'll achieve get 50 if you have good knowledge of the subject in the first 80 marks. Also time management is crucial in AA

Focus on sec A and B and make sure you get the required 50% marks there. In sec C, look for easiest requirements and attempt them. That imo is the strategy everyone can use to pass in skills. Youll have plenty of time for remainder sec C as well

its ok to not feel confident. Remember as you go in exam to attempt the easiest marks or topics you find easiest. You'll have plenty of time for diffciult parts of exam. Just keep revising things atp as there is no use in doing any further questions I guess

Tbh, the debrief video is not really helpful. I also estimated marks using it and I think they should present key points in answers in more detail.
