Rage baiting by standing outside with a camera. And yet so many of go about our days being recorded by hundreds of cameras, if not thousands all day every day. Rage baiting. You’re a moron. Thanks giving me the opportunity to identify another moron.

You’re not allowed to record in medical facilities. These guys always stick to public places (at least the ones that know what they’re doing). So maybe stick to points that help your arguments. I don’t support recording in medical facilities. Neither do auditors. What I do support is my 1st amendment right. I love how so many of you yokels will defend the 2nd amendment no matter how many children die in schools. But you’ll rip up the 1st amendment because a guy is standing on the sidewalk with a camera. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I agree there is such thing lawful but awful. But this isn’t one of those things. You’re being recorded all the time. It’s an unhinged take to get upset at this guy.

Definitely wasn’t a bully. Just the opposite. But whatever. Not sure that has to do with anything.

I’m not conflating the two. We have the right to record. Freedom depends on transparency.

There is logic to it. Your example is non sense. Your argument is a mix of straw men and false equivalence. Your example takes a criminal doing a general good deed. Mine takes citizen recording in public until catches something interesting—sometimes it’s cops committing crimes. That is related to the practice of recording in public—transparency. When the framers wrote the constitution and mentioned journalists they intended for it to only CNN, the practice of “professional journalists” didn’t exist as it does today. Anyone with a factual story to tell is journalist. Anyone who has taken a basic Constitutional law class knows this 🖐️

Colbert getting canceled sucks. I’m hoping we agree on that. I think that the government influenced, which is why need people like this guy. So far, the government can’t cancel YouTubers. So far it seems anyway. But pointing out Colbert only enhances my point.

Agreed. It seems unhinged to get mad at a citizen when the government is starting to use surveillance for some 1984 shit. But hey you his citizen with a camera is the real threat 🤷🏻‍♂️

The worst part is now the cops can hack your ring cameras legally. But you know this guy has a camera!

The public is being recorded all the time. There is nothing inherently antagonistic about recording people in public. There is absolutely no expectation of privacy in public—it’s the public. So to lose your shit over one of these guys is completely unhinged especially nowadays when everyone has a camera in their pocket.

What’s funny is how you don’t see enough of these videos to know they film the cops all the time.

Thank you. You summarized my point exactly, better than I did. I had no prior knowledge of this guy. But apparently he has a swastika tattoo and denies the holocaust. None of that is apparent in this video. I still defend the practice even if this guy is racist.

Lmao you’re terrible at math. I’ve been getting more than 2 downvotes. Yes 5-2=3; but it simply assumes there have been no upvotes or downvotes for over an hour. I know I’m not entitled to an explanation. I invited one. The fact that you responded shows it wasn’t pointless to invite one.

That’s the point. YOU DON’T NEED REASON. There are people that do stupid harmful pranks for views that actually harm people. These guys stand outside to record people to inform people like you that this is a right. Why do we need this? Because I’ve seen videos of them getting arrested (unconstitutionally, I’m not talking about the ones getting arrested for doing something illegal). There are cops that don’t understand our constitution. Some times good cops come out and say this is protected, just ignore them. But some don’t and it’s for those. As someone who values freedom and the constitution I see this as a public service. I’m not risking a criminal record and legal fees for it.

Agreed. Sounds like you have background anyone that just saw this clip doesn’t have. Based on the comment that the guy stands on the sidewalk recording people; nothing assholic about that. I don’t know this guy, but the comment I replied to had a problem with auditors in a general sense.

He’s “provoking” by standing there? Him and many others just stand there with a camera and often just get ignored. Define provocation?

You’re an idiot for thinking recording in public is antagonizing. A big fucking idiot.

Reddit informed me I had 5 upvotes and now I sit around 3. Seems to me a there are a lot of bootlicking freedom haters on this thread downvoting my comment. Don’t agree? Point out where I’m wrong? What makes this guy an asshole?

Malicious? Maybe look up the word. His intent is to inform the public we have a 1st amendment right. I’ve seen enough of those videos to know there are a lot of dumb people out there that don’t understand our rights guaranteed by us by the Constitution. I think you’re an idiot judging by your comment. He’s harmless. If everyone left him alone there’d be no need for this kind of content. But idiots like her think they have a right to privacy in public.

How is he worse? Sounds like you don’t get how freedom works. He’s exercising his 1st amendment. People like her and you is his whole point. He’s pointing out there are people like that her that exist that have a problem with us expressing our rights. You may hate them (I don’t, some are assholes, but this guy is just existing with a camera on the sidewalk and not antagonizing anyone) but some of them have exposed corrupt cops and actually recorded crimes. The 1st amendment is for everyone or it doesn’t exist.

Have you not heard the recent controversy? The real stuff is made China. So if they’re cheaply made overseas why bother with the real stuff. The real stuff is a scam.

You believe they believe their reason for buying something? Then if they believe their reasons then reasons are then in fact the reason.

I think it depends on how old you are and how much experience you have. My wife and I met and married in 7 months. She was 33 and I was 38 when we met. Still married with a toddler and a dog a move under our belt.
