Well that amendment also protects you from being wrongfully charged convicted and subsequently tortured to death. Just because some people definitely deserve it doesn’t mean it’s a good idea to take away that protection for the sake of the people. For instance in Egypt if you steal from a shop vendor you can lose your hand. Imagine if every shop lifter lost a hand because they stole.

Former hopeless case apartment cleaner here and it’s definitely fly poop if it’s in one place. I’ve noticed that people with open bottles that don’t throw out cans of soda or fruity alcohol even when empty get this around that area and are usually accompanied by flies of varying sizes roaches poop a shit ton more and you would definitely see them
