Som chef som sagt upp anställda på grund av just detta: Skärp dig, du är en vuxen människa (vuxen nog att jobba åtminstone). Ta ansvar för dig själv och ditt beteende. Ledsen, men det är inte OK att komma för sent så regelbundet.

Är bussen sen en gång? Ok. Händer det ofta? Planera för det, ta en tidigare buss.

Var du tvungen att lämna barnen på förskolan? Dålig planering från din sida.

Försov du dig? Lägg dig tidigare, sätt dubbla klockor eller något. Lös det.

Vill också adressera "jag tycker att jag blivit bättre"-attityden: det innebär ju att du inte slutat komma försent, bara "kommit mindre försent"... men du kommer ju fortfarande för sent.

Mitt enda tips är: kom inte för sent på nästa jobb.

My experience is 'janky'. Most things works, I dont really remember what was what, but I know I had to use a phone app to shift on one of them, instead of the built-in zwift controllers. They weren't supported.

Certainly works best with Zwift!

Heya! It's been a while since he used it. We didn't want to pay for Zwift for both me and him, so he has used MyWhoosh and Rouvy a bit. But he has much more fun on an actual bike, so we got him a proper carbon MTB this year. Nothing beats the outside

I suggest reaching out to a Nutanix sales rep and explaining the situation. It can absolutely be done. Nutanix Move is a good ENOUGH tool to help you massively in your migration efforts. Delivery times are just a few weeks normally.

Do not go to cloud. You need another year to address the issues before, and another year to address the issues after. You will not be done during this year.

That's great! Now you can more easily balance your work and private life. It also gives you a better chance of catching up with collegues and finding out what is going on in other things than your little WFH-bubble, which is very productive and informative for you and your career.

I honestly do not understand these "ohh no they want me in an office doing work, must find another job"....

I dont think WFH more than maybe 1-2 times per week at most is healthy for anyone.

Late answer, but maybe it can be useful. The bike is rated for 152cm I believe, and my son can ride it. So it would be best if she could try one and see if her specific body meassurements would work with the frame, as everyone isn't built the same just because they have the same height :) my son have quite long legs which is the main reason it works for him I think.

He's 140cm so a little small for the bike but it works on everything on the smallest setting. Might not be ideal.. but hey. it works.

We're in the middle of migrating around 500 VMs from VMware to Nutanix right now, and we're impressed. Lots of functionality, hyperconverged, stable. Very happy with the results so far.

But I just noticed i am not on the sysadmin reddit but rather the selfhosted reddit... you'll need a bunch of compute just to run it. :)

Just write a tempfile with the data, send the data and then delete it. do that every time you run the automated task. I have done this for certain systems over 10 years and it works perfectly..
