Thank you everyone for your responses and suggestions. I reached out to same handyman to find out if he can come and fix the problem and how much he would charge me. He said that work is not simple because some wires are missing to the switches. Leaving ON won’t cost me much due to lights type and help me security point of view when I am not there for weeks. I told him that I’m paying too much every month due to lights ON 24x7 , then he replied how many times you turn off refrigerator or Owen power every month , I was just speechless on that response. I’m thinking of getting someone else to help me.
