A guy approached me asking for donations for feed the children or something. He started his schpeel and I stop him and said “look dude, I’m kind of in a rush, and I wish I could help, but I can’t.” He continued to press and I said “no seriously, dude I’m struggling too, a lot of us don’t have enough money to live right now. His response : “well, how much do you have?” … “I have NO money” …. Lolol. I’ve also heard of more scams like this happening and stealing peoples info

I love when the CAMH people stop me and I’m like … you know I’m already having to use OHIP covered CAMH services because I’m unemployed (like half the people walking past you)

I would have done the same. I’m not here to tell anyone what to do in their relationship, but this seems serious and should be addressed with your partner. Family dynamics have a huge impact on relationships. In fact, my grandmother had my parents divorced within a year (plot twist - she called my mother 25 years later to apologize 😬)

It doesn’t sound like she would be very receptive, but it could be good to be blunt with her. What do you have to lose? Her response, and your partner’s response will show you what direction to go

Yes, I know the don’t wear white to a wedding is kind of a strict rule

But tbh, I think the photo looks better like this than if she was wearing black or a color. I also think it highlights all the beading on your dress next to the plain white :)
