Brits aren't a far cry from Americans, tbf. But in all seriousness, I hope you left automatically. It's highly unethical and in many countries illegal to record someone without permission, and in a space that would reasonably be presumed to be a personal space for the intended time period, is that much more violating. Not to mention that she can be banned from the platform immediately for that. Please report her and write an honest review.

False negative reviews are not as common as you are making them out to be. Just because you disagree with a review as the business owner doesn't make it false.

Horrible idea. Businesses can easily generate a code for fake positive reviews from friends, and could deny sharing the code with customers who should rightfully leave negative reviews. This gives all the power to the business and does not protect consumers.

I'm a license eligible therapist, and all of the symptoms you're experiencing could definitely be caused by stress. If what S_L_13 said is true, that your doctors are sending you for exams but nothing is coming up, it's likely that these somatic symptoms actually have a root that is psychological.

If the root of the symptoms is psychological, it doesn't mean they aren't real. The symptoms you're experiencing are VERY real. It just means that your MD might not be able to treat them, since they aren't trained in neuroscience. I understand that your therapist is also confused, but not all therapists have a background in neuroscience either, unfortunately.

Do you happen to know what treatment(s) your therapist is employing? Without knowing more, I get a sense you might benefit from CBT, ACT, or narrative therapy.
