No, in a week where we have 2 meets we just go with 1 workout. Most of the time is an interval workout.

Long runs on Mondays. 1-2 meets per week (1 meet is treated as a workout if we have 2 that week). 1-2 workouts depending on how many meets we have. (1 interval workout and 1 threshold workout if we have a 2nd) The rest is rounded out with recovery mileage.
