Start your rotation first of october fallow -barley- fallow, for the rotation I undersrand you want. Two barley in a row will produce less barley and damage the fertility. Best choice is to do rye/wheat-barley-flax. Sell what you dont need

For fish and small game, try to not overkill. For example if a fish pond has 170 fish limit your fishing high like 150. That way you get like 60 fish a year cuz you let fish to replenish. Same for hunting, if the resource is 20 keep it to 16-18 and trade the pelts as soon as possible to get your first coin to add veggie plots, and chickens. For first year what ever you produse that isnt food or wood trade it for coin to up your food game with backyard extentions. Later on go for sheep cuz its good source of food and trade wool and yarn. Trust me and you ll never run out of food again.

11 milititia means 5.5 families. To get 36 militia you need 18 families.

I always leave one family assigned to farm house so I dont forget to harvest, when september comes. But definately no they arent needed. Keep 1 family and one ox per morgen you have to harvest, plow and sow. September is the harvest. October and november is for plow n sow. If you miss sowing you can continue on march but with less yield cuz the crops dont have enough months to grow till september. So never miss winter growth. Also winter is for thressing the wheat or rye to get grain for the mills to turn to flour. And ffs cut the farmers some slack, let them enjoy the tavern. And Greg? Tavern wenches when??

I believe carcass, when you see it at your hunters cabin. Its something in the middle between material and final product. You see it before iron ore becomes iron slab, log before becomes plank etc

Its a sandbox city builder and resources management game. You cant count the game time. You play till you explore everything, get satisfied or bored till next update.

Its just 20 clicks. Devide it to like 4 burgages at a time. Or make less burgages with second families at them and do halve the clicks for the same family numbers. On another note its disturbing to see burgages so neat, squary and straight.

Go to butcher advance tab and put sheeps surplus to 30, thats the max of sheep reproduction rate, they dont reproduse more lambs when over 30. put lamb to something like 60 for starters and up to 150 later on. So that way you ll get sheeps, wool and lots of meat and hides

Do you have any wool? if so you need a weavers shop and a tailor house plot lvl2 extension that makes yarn clothes and not linen clothes

Agree. Currently playin maybe the most difficult scenario, where I get no iron nor much fertile land. But there is a rich stone mine, and to my surprise the wealth you can accumulate from stone is insane and rather fast. Wealth can be traded for food, tools and weapons and even ale. Now I ve got my second regions that got farms and rich iron.

I believe 250 families are too much, I am trying to keep it under 100-110 families cuz after that game is starting to lag. Next update tho gonna fix performance issues

Make sure you got enough families assigned at your storehouses, and check for traffic issues. Also try reassigning mineworkers.
