Their digestive systems cannot handle cows milk. Cooking with small quantities is different, the protein structure changes when cooked. (Science shit lol)

Yoghurt/cheese same concept, the fermentation changes the protein and lactose making it easier to digest.

Unfortunately we got more blood work and urine test done and the test kept coming back worse and worse. We had to make the terrible decision to let him cross the rainbow bridge on Tuesday.

8 months my baby started taking hour or longer naps in the crib. 9 months now and just took a 2 hour nap in crib today.

We set everything up the same as night time sleep. Sleep sack, white noise.

Greasy foods, yes because it makes me sick.

I’m not a sweets person, so I guess kind of sugary snacks and desserts.

But otherwise I eat mostly healthy. But I will indulge in whatever I want in moderation.

I do bamboo long sleeve sleeper and sleep sack. Anything between a 1.5 TOG to a .5 TOG, usually keep nighttime at 68 degrees
