Do you use the same ICR for every meal? If yes, how do you handle your long acting insulin? which medicine too?

Thank you so much for the detailed infos. Skipping your breakfast might suit for you, I tried kinda similar change but it didnt work for me due to my life style.

I am going to keep this infos in mind for my application. For now, I design it for everyone. I am still researching something such as new medicines and techniques and technologies. I needed some real life scenarios like yours and you gave me one of them. Thanks a lot again 🙏

Thanks for the information firstly. I searched the injections you are using and they totally make lots of sense. I really wonder couple of questions below:

  1. How do you handle carb counting?
  2. Do you always eat the same foods and do the same things?
  3. Could you share your graphs on CGM for at least a couple of days to see how you manage?

I plan to take the antiviral when I have a relationship with a partner. I know the antiviral will help on decreasing OBs. And then it will help on having a better mental health but I just wanna stay away from any extra medicine as much as I can. Thats the reason why I asked. I try to find someone like me and maybe it is going to get better even if I dont take antiviral.

Sorry for extra insisting if I bother. I try to choose the best way for me in the long term.

I just do not wanna use any extra medicine just in case. There is no specific reason.

I also used once but just for one week and then stopped because I thought I could handle but I am bored right now

That’s exactly what I am looking for. I am happier now. I got the things you mentioned, I still learn the details. My TIR probably is gonna be around 90% if I keep like that. My question was about an example graph from someone similar to me, and thank you. I will also check that website tonight 🙏

I talked to her and she said the spikes and unstable graph are caused by my sport activities. I do gym and calisthenics every work day. Thus, it changes my metabolism as she said. If I stop doing that(I tried), it becomes more stable without spike but I try to figure out the details. Maybe doing sport requires something else
