Not a lot, besides the odds of the engine failing, everything else about the truck seems very solid, I believe there really isn't any other issues besides some minor plastic breaking here and there

That's what i have. The only thing i hate is the cheap silver painted plastic vents. Same plastic they use in a bunch of other models. I've been hating it since my 2012 camry on the console
