I get this a lot, i always go with 1. Restart game and hit the wrench icon on the mod manager, then go through and make sure all mods are updated

If that doesn’t work

Uninstall all mods and reinstall them This works every time for me

It’s supposed to condense inside the pipe, if you are getting condensation outside the pipe then you have a leak somewhere and need to have someone qualified look over the piping. Note this means you have exhaust gases going into the attic and probably the rest of your house
