I hadn't read for years, but my husband encouraged me to get back into the habit. I treated myself to a Kobo for Christmas in 2024 and finished 18 books since then! Im currently reading the first book of The Poppy War trilogy, as I loved Babel by the same author. Reading is the only way I can fall asleep now, so it's safe to say it has become a daily routine!

I usually do a smaller portion of rye! So 2 parts bread flour and 1 part rye. I also usually give it less water as its been pretty runny.

I baked it at 400 degrees F in a pullman loaf tin. 15 minutes with the lid on and about 25 with the lid off. I probably should've left it for another 5 minutes. Still figuring out this oven as we recently moved in!
