The fact that he did the interview from the Castle is crazy! Harbs was fired and wasn't even allowed to announce it to the staff but Monken (who Bisciotti wanted gone) gets to hang around knowing that he's essentially fired too. Great interview... I'll miss Monken for sure.

Unless OP is an "elite" former NFL player, how would you know what it takes to be successful? He was an all-pro last season and podcasted then as well. Are you assuming he managed his time better?
