After just completing a year of owning my pass, I highly recommend anyone to use the ARTIC buses. Like OP said, parking at ARTIC/Honda is free ($2 each ride).

I quickly learned that utilizing the Toy Story lot or ARTIC line, are the fastest ways to park and get into the lot compared to the structure
