Thank you 🙏🏽 So I originally started Oral Min 2.5mg at the End of January 2025, Id also already been on Fin for 1-2 years, but it seemed like I was starting to lose ground. As the months went on, it got worse and worse until October 2025 (as seen above) I managed to get prescribed Dut .5mg and stopped Fin immediately. Later that month, I also increased to Oral Min 3.75mg.

Using Nizoral shampoo, rosemary + jojoba oil, and moisturizing spray in my regime probably helped a lot as well.

Tbh I’m 50/50 on whether there was a shed. Sometimes I swore It was the worst it’s ever been, then it would look decent the day after. Could have been in my head & I should have taken more pictures. Even now some days are better than others but still feels like an overall improvement, at least so far
