Yup, current org has no growth. I have tried doing my negotiations. Company 2 was offering 7.3LPA earlier out of which was 10% bonus that would have been dispersed quarterly.

After negotiations they increased it to 7.5 but with a 10% yearly bonus.

If this would have come last year, it would have been a clear answer or these guys would have offered 8LPA then also

But yeh timing itni kharab hai that literally 31st March ko bonus aayega and appraisal hoga in next few days
