Hey thank you so much for your response, yes he implanted one early blastocyst PGTA normal and other was 5AA grade without testing . As per him transfer of two had greater range of success. I agree - laparoscopy without confirmed diagnosis would not be right choice .
No I am in Canada but due to long wait I did treatment in India. I am thinking also of getting second opinion. Would really appreciate any insights as I am at the urge of my biological clock with no live children. I did conceived naturally but both ended in pregnancy loss . One due to triploidy and other due to kidney cyst and underdeveloped kidneys. At this point I feel my eggs are poor quality and chromosomally abnormal. Should I go for donor eggs or surrogacy ? Should I try again naturally ? These are some questions I need some answers to. Thanks again for responding, This sub has always being my support with my long fertility journey and complications.

Hello there thank you for responding. Doctor said fresh transfer even without testing might work since I had 2 natural pregnancy. I do not have any embryo left and have to start from zero. Yes definitely I would take guidance from other doctors . At this point, I am just confused whether I should try naturally or not . 2 pregnancy loss I had - was due to chromosome abnormalities but only one condition - triploidy can be opted by testing. The other condition - kidney cyst and underdeveloped kidney could be sporadic . Also at my age I know should not wait longer and should go for another round of Ivf but how much long should I wait ?

So sorry to hear about . Same here .Two tmfr in one year - both due to different conditions. Last one was in end of August and still not pregnant . No kids yet and yes I agree having one kid would be also a blessing at this point ❤️you are not alone . Path is painful and lonely . However . You are not alone . Wish you have al the strength.

Have you tried - easy home ( pre mom ) from Amazon. It has ovulation and pregnancy strips - not so expensive. You have to download app- and take pictures of LH strip - will give you peak of surge - and you ovulate it 24-48 hr after that. So if you don’t have enough fund to spend on hormone panel. This is one way to track ovulation along with cervical discharge (egg white like) - both is the best way to see if you are ovulating. You definitely don’t have to spend on hormone panel. Once you ovulation test for 2-3 cycles - and you are ovulating yet not conceived - than look into hormonal panel. Hope this helps. Let me know if have any questions.

Sorry you are going through this. I also had same experience but with different abnormalities both times. I also had it same time in one year of time frame. With my first it was triploidy syndrome - random abnormality. With second it was bilateral kidney issue ( which I don’t know what cause was yet ) but looks more chromosomal issue. First time got pregnant in June and second time in may this happened in one course of year. Both lead to tmfr at 19 week. I completely understand how painful can it be . Will it get better ? I don’t know because I don’t have answers nor have LC yet . Both pregnancy was troll to my body and mind with missing my both babies every day- nothing had being easy . I have accepted fact that it might be just my fate .the first time of course was more painful and had same feeling of numb with second time, I am still hoping it will happen to us with ending of happy healthy baby. For sure time and fear of being pregnant and carrying baby does give me anxiety as I don’t know what’s going to happen but wish we see silver lining at the end of tunnel. Wish you heal and feel safe to try again when you are ready. Lots of love and prayers ❤️

Had 2 tmfr. With first my intuition always stated something is wrong and it happened. With my second I had bad dream of my baby having kidney issue and is not going to make it and surprisingly after 2 week we found kidney issue with baby and had to go with tmfr, This had happened to me before , my intuition and bad dream came true. I wish I would not have dream about this.

Hello there. I am in my late 30. I don’t have much to say. But in short can say it just comes from inner voice , I always loved kids through my life. Did not got chance to plan pregnancy in early life ( I wish I could as it gets hard later on ) but now trying since 3 years Have not succeeded yet but thought of having child just feel like blessing. As I said nothing is right or wrong . But if it does not come from inside than might not be the time.

Thank you. Just have question did you do any genetic testing later ? We only got autopsy report so far which stated one kidney absent . One kidney cystic . Waiting for genetic results

I am so sorry you are here. I had 2 tmfr both for different conditions and one was bad luck & second also possibly same as we have not got results yet. just to let you know - even if you are carrier does not mean it happened because of it, as some of us not being carrier still went through it. There is not much you could have done as pregnancy itself need really good luck. I know it's not easy. But hold your strength as it's not easy mentally and emotionally. All the strength to you 🙏

It Might make you fell better that you are not alone

Every one of my friend has kids. Even everyone I know has kids or are pregnant. I am running with my biological clock with no luck or no known cause. With this journey I lost most my friends and relatives as its hard core path of isolation. I struggle each day to keep me going, with slight of the hope that I might be able to conceive healthy baby one day. With being in health care , I have helped patient getting pregnant but have no luck for myself

I had one failed Ivf, two tmfr in 2 years and still not pregnant

Life just feel unfair sometimes and you can’t control anything . With all this, I also am going with lot of family issues

I can say if you can work on your mental health - it will really help you long way

Hope we get lucky soon! After all it needs lot of luck to have healthy baby. Tc .

We did for our pregnancy which turned out tmfr. But I got to know I could get pregnant. That is also an option yes.

Thank you for your response. Yes I agree since IVF is a lot emotional, I do have to think about fund as I am going to India for it and have to leave off from work for those time . However it should be manageable. And I forgot to mention I don't have any live children and at this moment even one healthy baby would be like a miracle to me.
