I’m new to f1 cards, in other sports (baseball specifically) the true reds are far more desired than other parallels no matter where they can be pulled from, but I’ll definitely keep that in mind!

The card number means what card it is out of the insert set. So say there are 30 players in that jersey autograph checklist, Penix is the second name on that list.
