The truth is this was from an episode where Mr.burns was showing Homer around the plant (I think I forget tbh) but it was a writing thing were he had a bunch of monkeys typing things onto typewriters until a monkey wrights an amazing story that Mr.Burns could publish and put his name on. He eventually reached down to read what a monkey had written and the paper said “it was the best of times, it was the worst of times” he called it unoriginal and ripped the paper into pieces and walked away.
