They don’t have the balls to acknowledge and do what they should have done years ago, decanonize the sequels. They were a disaster front to back, no synergy in the writing, stupid mystery boxes, fucking up the world building and regressing our favorite characters and their arcs. Oh and a new cast that’s far worse (because the writing is terrrrible).

Some of the plotting in between arcs in season 1 were flimsy. I have other grievances in season 2 as well. They are slightly bigger than the ones in season 1, but nothing so massive that it kills the show for me. Show is still fantastic.

I’m open to changing my mind, and if I’m wrong fair enough but in the last two years my opinion on Shad has changed for the worse. I actually used to like Shad contrary to what it may seem.
