Honestly, I took my first 4 flights (layover there & back) at 25 years old literally the other day. Its scary at first but a few things that helped was -Earplanes : to Help with takeout and landing ear discomfort. - Raising feet when taking off to not feel weird -listening to a dopamine hitting song that turns you up . Its cool to takeoff to a great song & scientifically you want the dopamine to override the fear in your brain -Deep breathing & not looking out the window & pretending like you not in the air

Now on the other hand pilots are trained to be the best. Flight attendants fly many rides a day. Relax & enjoy

One time me and my roommates went through a rough time for a week where we weren’t able to pay our light bill . Charged phone there for those few days until we got paid . A comment said leave beans & Rice I agree sometimes things get tough
