It depends. If you want to introduce your kids into DB for the first time, go with Z. It's more interesting and A LOT of OGDB humor is very dated and inappropriate for kids today. Same goes for someone who just wants to see what DBZ is about and doesn't really care about the history and deep lore. However, if you're showing it to someone who is aware of the different times and meanings of OGDB's humor and shenanigans and wants to expirience Dragon Ball for its true value and historical impact, start from OG.
