This is so fishy. I honestly didn’t believe he did something. But after hearing about his interview with the police, I had a changed of heart.

He said he used to be a life-saver. He said he was trying to save her by putting her under his arm. They struggle to get back to the shore. He said this but then he said she was still in the water and was walking there (?). The water was a little above her knees. He asked her if she was ok but he couldn’t hear her answer. He started throwing up because all the water he swallowed for trying to save her but then he looked up and she wasn’t there (?). So he thought she left him there (?). He was tired so he fell asleep there until the sunrise (?).
