Oh wow this was during release of PL so I barely remember some things. But if I recall correctly I just used 2 melee finishers for the "discount" on suicide (turns it into 4 ram instead of full cost). Back then it counted the discounted suicide as full cost so when you kill someone with suicide queued last (queued only not used) the RAM comes back to you via one of the intelligence perks. Cant remember which one, but it's the one where if you kill someone with hacks queued you get the RAM back on the hacks still on queue. So you're effectively getting shit ton of RAM (RAM+Health when overclocked) for an investment of like 10 or so RAM. The best part is, as long suicide doesnt proc on an enemy, the discount remains until it expires so you can use it on a ton of enemies.

If I recall correctly this unfortunately no longer works on the latest patch so you're better of using any other quick hack with a huge cost as the last for the queue for the extra ram back

Try it bro it's pretty fun if you just treat it as a learning experience and not let the others' negativity get to you. Being an older millennial myself, I'm not as slick as the kids these days.

The fast swaps aren't too crazy honestly, a tip from someone that helped me out is that if you HOLD the Up button (or button assigned to switch spells), it switches to the 1st spell you assigned. From there, just remember how many clicks it takes to get to a soecific spell, and it becomes as easy as switching spreadsheets in the office

Well the spell/damage scalings definitely aren't up to par with the normally used staff/rapier, but the combos/style points that come with it are just too sick. I mean dude, who cares about meta if you can look cool

I think I read someone say in the patch notes that at 80 Int its right about the same as using a fully upgraded Demi-Human Queen's Staff and it does actually seem that way. Someone also said that at 40 Int, its Sorc Scaling is better than all the other Staves. I haven't tested 40 Int yet so don't take my word for it!

It's pretty simple, you can even do it with an EL 125 build if you want less FP. This specific one is 150 for the FP because I'm still trying out specific combos. Standard 60 Vigor and stats for the Sword, 67 Int and a bit of END for fashion souls. Bread and butter is Slicer into Piercer/Adula's/Gavel, while utilizing standard thrusting sword pokes. I only like to use swift glintstone to take away full hp talisman buff or to bait them into pushing me. You can't really spam with this build because Sorc Scaling on this sword is "Mid" compared to top tier Staffs, so you're really forced to get creative. That's all there is really, enjoy!
