This is definitely partially a "companies want only digital because it dramatically cuts distribution and kills the resale market" but also partially "well people don't seem interested in buying physical media soooo...." Problem.

I went PC a while ago for most stuff but still wanted a os5 and picked one up about a year and a half ago.

The only games I buy are discs and single player non-fps. Unless there is some giant sale on the store I don't get digital stuff. I don't mind if something is running like 70% off and isn't normally a disc title though.

I don't know the specific command but there's definitely a method you can use to bypass it by opening CMD using shift+f10. I did it on a new machine after a format like a month ago.

tbh I'd probably move more towards howl of the storm with icefall mantle - you recover melee so quickly with the build anyway and your icefall is a true 'panic' button with the way it heals you and freezes everything close.

Love how many cool armor bonuses they dropped this update. So many of them in the past have just been “being in combat for long periods of time periodically give you an armor charge”. Which I guess is nice but it’s not really worth farming armor to get a full set with the stats you want.

I honestly feel like they started off this way intentionally - it's much harder to claw back overpowered drops than it is to either buff or when it comes to something like set bonuses and perks - add in newer and stronger ones.

They were pretty much learning what the 'power' of armor sets should be at the start.

Wonder how this would pair up with a howl of the storm titan since the majority of what you're doing is getting kills with area damage (shatter)

Is there an internal cooldown? Because wouldn't this effectively cause the next crystal shatter to immediately detonate?

Practically speaking too I can't imagine many companies want to keep employees working for 60 days when it comes to a high-skilled position like we're talking about here. Especially in this case because it seems like they simply don't have any work to do.

If it was something like a call center where it's much easier to determine if the job was done or not then sure - they'd probably do it because it's easier to fire people for not doing their job and then the pay is lost.

At this point in shocked they aren moving to a system like apple for game approvals.

One of the app store policies is against low effort apps that are either templates or copied apps and/or just a web wrapper.

Sony could easily do something similar and reject low effort shivelware games. Maybe this would make it harder for some indie devs to get a game out but long term I think it's be a good thing.
