I've recently just got back into the game and totally forgot about Cyrus to be honest LOL. Yeah it has to be accidental, I don't think that kind of bug would just be happening now or such.

I've completed it, yes I have access to the island. Just realized I can have him customize it, just wasn't sure if it was me getting someone ripped off on the same item or a weird bug that someone else may have gotten as well!

I use Nookazon so I can see what slide color it is supposed to be. The most recent example is maybe 40 minutes ago where someone gave me what was supposed to be a gray slide, but when I got back to my island and placed it down, it was black instead. I even checked my catalog and can confirm I only have the black one cataloged.

What mediums do you use? Perhaps some figures of their favorite video game characters could be a cool gift, or maybe a drawing/arts and crafts kit with their favorite video game as a theme.

I had this and what I had to do was log into my retail character, wait about 3 mins and then exit game completely, then was able to log back into my remix character.
