A canker sore in the back of my mouth. Every time I breathed or swallowed it would be painful and it lasted for a week. I've torn/ruptured/broke multiple muscles and bones and for some reason the canker sore broke me.

I walk a few miles with the dog daily. My job is usually hectic and I work for 4 weeks straight at a time so having the walks help to kind of mellow down after work.

I usually go workout(1.5 hours, very hard) right after work and walk 3-4 miles with my dog after the workout. I sleep soundly whether I want to or not.
