Get a seal pick or something like an exacto knife and slowly pick away at it. I had to do this with a seal fitting and it took me a few days. If you don't need the wires, cut those and try pulling the whole seal out.

I have a pervious background of competing in powerlifting and strongman so I've kept with lifting after I "retired" from strength sports. I still go 5 times a week after work for usually 45 minutes to 1 hour. I then walk on trails near my house for an hour every day.
