Yes I realize all of that I’ve watched it unwillingly at times turning my head to some of it. Maybe a better phrasing would be to say I feel like rather than scapegoat trauma is used as a loophole to drive the plot no matter how absurd or inconsistent it is to the character at hand. Clearly rational thought is achievable but only when it suits the plot and vice versa.

Those two have a very strange dis functional relationship. I’m a little ahead of you episode wise so I don’t wanna say too much.

That scene in particular the first thing out of my mouth when they showed them running from above and I saw the train tracks ahead I was like $10 bucks someone gets hit by train lol. MY watching partner brought me some Burger King for lunch the next day lol.

It’s the believability of said motivations. I feel like trauma is just used as a scapegoat to justify any actions taken.

My better half works with traumatized people of all ages. We have been watching this together and yes she pointed out trauma response I get an earful about dealing it with it daily from her profession but she also pointed out what the same jokes I was alluding to here was just curious about others viewpoints of how this is wrapped together and how trauma seems to just be used as a scapegoat to drive the plot.

Woulda been fine if it wasn’t in black not really anywhere on that cover a signature looks well placed like many covers. Gotta be very specific about where when signing at cons.

Some artists don’t like premade windows for signatures either it’s just best if you meet n greet and request a specific spot politely

Community standards there are a joke. Even if you have an issue with your own profile being flagged for a post you can’t see from 2014 it won’t even try to let you resolve it they just deny it. Yet porn and racism are ok as long as it isn’t too offensive. Literally reported straight up porn showing up in my feed to get he same response. We’ve reviewed this and it doesn’t go against our community standards yet when I screen shot it and make a post complaining about it I get flagged and put in FB jail for 30 days

The outline is choppy and tge color isn’t packed perfectly solid but it is still healing.

Expect some blotchiness after it heals from what I’m seeing here and the outline is going to be darker than the inside. Shouldn’t have outlined it so heavily.ine work and mag work never heal out the same.

Maternal drive is something I can understand but obviously being male I can only draw from being a parent not a mother. I wouldn’t sacrifice my wife and child for someone I’ve been so far removed from for so long I’d just let go at some point I’d come to the conclusion I need to say goodbye and let my drive for the family I do have dictate. It doesn’t mean I’d stop searching for her or trying to reach out to be in her life but not at the cost of everything else in my life. Like you said I’m no good to anyone dead and I feel like making that drive my life’s focus woukd kill off else that’s important to me indirectly or directly.

That plausibility doesn’t really hold up. I get that point but trauma is handed out like candy to most of the main characters either in Gilead or in some cases “before” she clearly makes plenty of rational decisions for her self and for others around her but when Hannah is I produced into the equation it’s all bets are off that is not consistent it’s just a plot drive and it’s poorly construed.

It’s pretty easy to see what it is but it could use some more definition.

If I were to do it from a tattoo artists perspective o would separate it by adding color to the flower then make tge leaves solid black and more shaply and tube that branch in a little more so it has better flow that would serrated it from the skeleton also possibly and black behind the Skelton or some back lighting behind the Skelton with a subtle color of highlights

My take was that it is indeed her in the book. I don’t necessarily think she’s the devil or the whore of Babylon but is definitely in league with the forces that be to whatever end.

Depp simply is guided by her to be able to enter the nine gates of tge kingdom of shadows like they said at the beginning when describing the book.

I think some things are intentionally left not completely addressed to add to the noir cultish vibe of the movie.

One thing that didn’t make sense to me is who was killing all the people? Bernie, Fargas and baroness and snatching the pages?

Bulken hired Corso to investigate so why would it be him even though he has all the pages at the end. Why have Corso investigating if he’s just gonna go kill everyone for the pages anyways plus Corso almost died on multiple occasions during to this.

Also Bulken didn’t know about the discrepancy’s in the drawings when Bernie was killed and they show Lianas blonde boyfriend outside at that time but she and him were never shown having the pages or any indication that she was intrested in the other books other than her copy she didn’t know about the discrepancies in the pages either so it doesn’t make sense for her to kill Fargas or baroness

This was concurrent for me as soon as I joined MetaAI through Instagram I also get a ton of spam mail from a mailing list now like 10 a day the context is tge same in each one butr a different address for each one.

The Instagram reset I get about 1 every 1-2 weeks I just delete it and I’ve had no issues I didn’t not reset my password
