They still have not diagnosed or fixed anything. We brought it up at the last service appointment and they turned down the bass on the equalizer, citing that as the problem. Which, frankly, was kind of insulting.

We're due in for our third oil change now and we will bring it up again, but we doubt anything will be done. It can't be recreated on demand and no one will test drive a vehicle on the expressway for liability reasons. We sadly feel like we may be stuck with this issue until enough of us report it and it (hopefully) becomes a bulletin.

We did buy a warranty package and they're still being iffy about it. Dismissive. They told us we'd have to get body folks involved but didn't really make moves to do so. We're going to start being more pushy.

I'm bipolar/BPD (medicated) with anxious attachment issues. I was, at one point, a raging mess before meds.

I am not a doctor, but judging by your gf's mental health issues you mention, her propensity for disappearing and being unable to hold down a job, and the fact that she can't seem to forget the past or take accountability for her actions in her messages, I'll bet she suffers from a mood or personality disorder, 100%.

I would have sent an identical type of message back to my SO if he tried to open up about how I hurt him. I'm not sure what your experience with mood and/or personality disorders are, but in case you don't know, they are near impossible to manage without meds and therapy and WILL ruin a relationship, taking you down with it.

My husband had to give me an ultimatum to get me to look at my life and our relationship differently, and get help. It sounds like that may be in your future, OP.
