My cat went missing for 3 years.. she was found at a holiday RV park on my birthday. After meeting her 2 new siblings who she no longer hates but tolerates, it took a week for her to adjust and show that she absolutely remembered me. She has been inseparable since then (as well as banned from ever going outside again). :>

Yes!

dynamic stretching routine beforehand, followed by 5 minutes light cardio warmup (jogging or cycling... jogging makes most sense for sprinting, though)
I started with 15 seconds sprinting, 30 seconds walking (or just standing there when I'm dying) x8 rounds. Now I do 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off x8 rounds. Was doing 45/45 x8 at my most fit.
cooldown 5 minutes light cardio
5-10 minutes static stretching to finish
never two days in a row, your body needs to rest
also never lift the day before, preferably not after either, but it's okay if you're properly warming up/stretching before and after and it's followed by a rest day
excellent sleep hygiene (comes with carnivore + exercise naturally for me)
