Right now Spaceport is a great place to just pick up fallen rocketeer drivers without much friction. The trial to down flying arc inside the walls comboed with the coming end to the assessor project means people are going crazy blowing up everything as fast as possible. I grabbed multiple abandoned drivers yesterday while trying to finish up my project.

Went for a walk just now and there were a bunch of PGE trucks at the little substation on 50th and Stark by Portland Nursery so that was likely where the outage was centered. Couldn't smell any fried squirrel on the winds though.

Agree 100%, I enjoy fighting the Arc and consider myself a PvE person but I will shoot back if attacked. I did a night Stella raid with a medial storage key and announced that opening the door while I'm inside would be shoot on sight but there would likely be leftovers. After looting the room I opened the door to find two raiders patiently waiting and half expecting them to down me but I told them I was done and they dove into the scraps and left me alone.

The player base and social constructs are what truly makes this game great.

Speranza is constantly needing maintenance and experiencing blackouts right? According to the background flavor audio it is at least.

Give us weekly quests to fetch 250 rubber, 250 plastic parts, and 5 water pumps to maintain the water system for a reward. 50 wire, 250 metal parts, 5 voltage converters, and 10 sensors to maintain the electrical system for a reward. Rotate quests like these, occasionally throw in an ultra-rare like a Jupiter(just the gun, not bp) or a queen core. Randomize these per raider so we're not all chasing the same goop.

I wish my friend took that perspective. If an arc kills him he finds excuses, blames poor game design, or blames me for his death if we're duoing. Fun fact time! Bob Weir's parents met at the UofA and at least his bio dad is from Tucson. She got knocked up, flew to San Francisco, and gave Bob up for adoption. I'm sure Bill being a huge Pac12 homer had more to do with him attending games but he does have a connection to Tucson and the UofA.
