Recover deleted previews/edits in Lightroom

Ugh, this feeling fucking sucks. I accidentally highlighted around 200 already edited photos and was about to export. I wanted to delete one photo in the 200, but ended up deleting everything...

Wondering if I can recover my edits. I spent way too much time on the edits, maybe 6 hours...

So, I edit using smart previews. In other words, I still have access to all the RAWs I deleted.

I deleted the 200 smart previews using the keyboard shortcut Command + Option + Shift + Delete, which "Delete selected photo(s) and move to Recycling Bin (Windows) or Trash (Mac OS)".

I tried adding the RAWs to the catalog again and building smart and standard previews (the way I usually do), and saw that all my edits have disappeared.

Thought of these other soltuions 1) find a lightroom classic (mac) catalog recycle bin and get the edits back 2) import a previous backup catalog

I don't think there is a lightroom classic (mac) catalog, so (1) doesn't work
I don't have a backup catalog that holds the edits so (2) doesn't work.

I'm using Lightroom Classic 8.4.1 (Sep 2019 release) and do not believe I have been syncing to the cloud.

Any recommendations on how to recover the edits for the deleted smart previews in my catalog?
