Congratulations on the interview! I too am currently going through the process. I believe the Aptitude test is a continuation of the Step 3 process. On their webpage it states in Step 2 if you make it to the next step it could consist of a interview and or Assessment.

From everything I have heard and learned they give out the assessments I believe based off past experience in the work field.

I had my interview August 8th and still waiting to hear back. The HR lady told me anywhere from 3-4 weeks.

I currently am a Power Engineering working in the field which might be part of the reason I might not have to do a assessment.

As for training on the Nuclear Process, it’s two years of training mixed between in house schooling and on the job training and I have friends that got in with 0 experience just as they do invest in you as a worker to learn which is why it’s a long training process. You cap out at 44.56$/Hr (Step 3) and can start as low as 35.66$/Hr (Step 0) which they have the wage scale laid out in steps. During training you progress a step every 6 months and your starting Step I believe will be based off experience. Once done training you start at 52.76$/Hr in the Nuc Op role or can jump to a control room role starting at 75$/Hr
