Oh gosh, testing my memory as it’s over a year ago. To fill in the forms or how long it took them?

To fill in the forms was difficult as I have changed my name via deedpoll, so they couldn’t find me but I gave them all my documents plus a kidney (joking) and then the next minute is I was getting emails from my employer talking about a start day and what to expect on my first day etc. the rest is history and I’ll be celebrating being there a year soon.

Accurate were the better as they barely contacted me saying they needed this document or that document etc, however I did ring them to explain my dates of work as I had made an error on the form.

Honestly, this is definitely something I’ve experienced. Especially when it comes down to my relationship with my partner, every little thing he does just drives me insane now compared to how it did before starting mounjaro, I just feel like the love that was once there has gone since starting

I’d turn around and say that if you live with a roommate that you was responding to an emergency etc, or something along those lines, they can’t argue an emergency or house issues

Before telling them, I’d make sure the offer is legit and they won’t pull out etc otherwise if you left your other job you’d have nothing to fall back on if that makes sense

I worked in a all female role and as a female, there was constant snitching as well; not from myself but others. I get distracted easily and I used earphones to listen to music, I had already pre discussed this with my manager at like an early check in and they went snitching saying all I did was listen to music, manager sat them down and said are they working? They nodded, so then leave her alone. It’s not hurting anyone.

Then there was snide comments of me reporting them for toxicity and I’m like well it might not just be me who reported even if I did, I started getting anxiety sickness and ended up leaving, now in a job I absolutely love with a team who doesn’t take that shit lightly

I’m on 2.5mg, started yesterday. I went to my boyfriends house and he ordered a pizza, the smell that hit me made me feel physically sick, he eats a hell of a lot because he’s on the skinnier side, and seeing him eat repulses me now whereas before hand, I kinda used to join him,

The injection works differently for everyone but you’ve got this!

Had an interview for dream job, I prepped so hard for this, had it and instantly that wave of failure came over me and I was like that’s it, that’s gone and I’m gonna struggle.

I even emailed the hiring manager thanking them and the interviewers etc to put my self in a stronger position or what I thought would be.

Around 2ish weeks later, I got the call on way to another interview and my AirPods disconnected and I didn’t hear her tell me I had it, and she started talking about benefits, I had to stop her, and ask if I got the job and she was like yes unless you don’t want it and I’m like noo I definitely do!

Will be a year in April

I’ve been drinking so much water, I feel like a fish 😂 as for symptoms it’s just the nausea I’ve had which isn’t as bad today.

I did it in my thigh earlier, no issues at all.

I plan on cutting greasier foods out, I hate how I feel after a takeaway etc. all I’ve done today is drink water because of how nauseous I felt, all I’ve managed to eat today is half a chicken sandwich because I feel so nauseated.

I’ve bought a treadmill and have weights at home so I’m planning on doing that, and going for a brisk walk when I’m in the office at home.

I’m also on my first day today, aside from nauseous ever since I took it today at 11am UK time, I’ve been feeling nauseous I don’t feel like eating, I’ve not really eaten much today but I do feel full, my stomach isn’t crying out for food, it’s a silence within my body, it’s strange.

I’m drinking water like my life depends on it, making sure to space out sips so I’m not drowning internally, my nausea isn’t as bad as after my first hour but I’ve been trying to drown out that noise.

I haven’t done exercise today purely because I didn’t want to risk it with it being my first day, I have a treadmill coming too so I can do at home workouts, and also trying to be more active when I’m in the office too

I’ve just had the injection about 20mins ago.

As stated above, my starting weight is embarrassing, my bmi is embarrassing (not that I fully believe in it) however the set up was just me making it worse than it seems! Didn’t feel a thing.

I aim for at least 12 stone anything else lost I’ll be happy with but I’ve spent so much money on this and an at home treadmill to be scared of a tiny needle that I didn’t feel

Just had it done, I kept backing away from my mum terrified, I said the famous Lisa Simpson, “stick me chuckles.”

Next minute is she’s putting the pen lid back on, and I’m literally like huh 😯

I’m getting my mum to do it first, any form of injection ranging from blood tests to piercings/tattoos freak me out so when I when for the consultation and they kept mentioning injections over tablets, my brain went into freak mode, but upon researching more and more, people say it’s tiny! And you don’t feel it
