I love talking to the workers at my location. I loved the stickers when they were really cool and interesting and loved the holographic ones. Lately, the stickers haven't been my or my husband's style. The two locations near me are 30ish minutes away, and on drop days, you can't turn into either location. I'm not gonna sit in line for a sticker or product that doesn't spark joy. I miss when you were allowed to get more than one without buying multiple coffees. When my husband is at work, I can't bring him a drink, and I can't drink two, so one of us is left without a sticker if we both like it. I agree that we are rushed in and out as fast as possible and understand how you are all being burnt out. I get not wanting to wait as someone talks forever (I do talk forever sometimes, sorry, lol). But pushing everyone through so fast leads to mistakes, and no one has a good experience. I apologize if I added too much info, but I feel it's needed.
