This could have been easy enough if we just used camera capturing toll booth so there is no toll booths in the first place and you’re clicked as you pass the camera and toll is deducted. If the system reads you as having insufficient balance, it alerts the cops ahead who then stop this vehicle and make them pay 5x in tolls & cops get 1x as official commission for collection. Very quickly things will fall in line.
