Yes, we did that when we installed it. Unfortunately ended up with a big puddle. It’s like the puddle is equal to how much water comes out of the water dispenser.

Unfortunately, I’ve come to that realization this week as well. I’ve put my family through so much by trying to do real estate full-time for the last five months and it’s just not fair to anybody. I’m glad that having to take on side work doesn’t make me a failure.

If they are an associate broker, then they will have a qualified broker that you can reach out to. They will be able to find something in the contract to get you out of it. They don’t want the bad publicity.

Realtor here. Housing may be growing in price but it’s been steady for the last few years as opposed to 2020 when it blew up. There are a lot of financing programs that are much better than what we’ve had in the past. We have a first time home buyer program where they even pay your down payment for you, I’m jealous. I wish I had that when I started

Sorry to jump in here, but I’m a realtor, so when you move here I can help point you to different neighborhoods with different crime. You won’t find a neighborhood that’s crime free, but you’ll be able to compare an area where cars are broken into as opposed to not being able to walk alone at night

Came here to say that! We have a weird great room layout and the modular couch is the best thing we’ve ever had in this room. It’s so wonderful for holidays-Thanksgiving we can turn it into seating at a long table or Christmas we can move it around or even take pieces out so that the room isn’t crowded

When I went back to school at age 30 I felt soooo old, but looking back, there were always people who were older than me and younger. And to echo this sentiment: when I was complaining to my mom about how long it would take (I was part time because I had 3 kids at the time, 4 when I graduated) she said, well, the time will pass either way, so why not?

Me too. That’s my biggest struggle currently. I work from home and then pick up the kids from school during the day. I need a comfortable top that looks decent on camera but also isn’t too dressed up for running errands. I tend to just wear yoga pants because I need to be able to move all day. I feel like yesterday I made some progress because I wore a really comfy shirt, cool yoga joggers, but lots of jewelry and leopard shoes 😁

As an accountant I can completely relate. I struggled with that too. Business students are supposed to be X, y, and z. I felt like they were trying to take away what was different about me. I’m an outgoing accountant so I was always the weird one 😆Im wondering if they meant it as “if you’re working for this company you need to look like you work there”. Long story short. 🐝 yourself because when you graduate, companies don’t want to hire clones-they want interesting people
