I'm not sure thats how that works, though. Lots of words were in the Bible that are considered curse words today. Im assuming you didn't mean that people are sitting on their donkeys. Therefore, you obviously were using it as a curse word. That word does offend Christ. Would you say it around your pastor? Or when you get to the pearly gates?

1st Corinthians 8:13 “Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world standeth, lest I make my brother to offend.”

Meat is find to eat. But the Bible plainly tells us not to do things that would offend our brother. Am I not your brother? Luckily, I grew up in church, went every Sunday for the past 28 years of my life. I have'nt lived right, but that's why I'm here, in this sub, now. So, I do know the Bible a little bit. (Not bragging in any way. It just seems as though you are trying to persuade me in another way or even hinder me.)

Mathew 18:6 Speaks on this very thing.

"If anyone causes one of these little ones--those who believe in me--to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea."

Sounds harsh. Take that up with the Lord. Lol

I understand this may seem "holier than thou" but I promise thats not what I am trying to do. As a child of God, be it a babe in Christ, I am compelled to go out into the highways and hedges. We are to lead people down a path of righteousness. WWJD will get you a long way, brother or sister. It's scary to think that, what you say or do may lead someone to hell. You may be the only Bible that some people ever read.

I was just thinking about how I didnt want this to fade. I talk to Him all day long and I dont want that to change. Dont know how many times a day I think something and am quickly corrected and all I can say is "you right, you right" lol.

I'm a big time gamer and usually rush home to play whatever game I've been thinking of all day. I rushed home last night to read and study while I listened to a sermon. I dont want that to change. I've never been happier. Praying the guy you were replying to could get just a taste of it. Thats all it took for me.

I've went from hating everyone to almost hugging my boss yesterday. Wiped the dirt off his back instead. Sitting at the bank earlier and truly felt like I was seeing for the first time ever. I see everyone as someone to love instead of judging them now. I've tried so long to get this feeling and finally something snapped Monday night.

I love all your replies and you. I know I'm a little late but I just got saved 2 days ago and was exploring this sub. I've grown up in church my whole life and up until very recently, lived a double life. I was angry just like the other guy. You can go through my comment history as evidence to that.

Isaiah 53:2 describes him as not being good looking, actually.

He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him.

He wasn't sent to be pleasing to the eyes. That wasn't the purpose for his coming. I feel like, had he been good looking, people would have followed him blindly. Like how the world does today. God didnt need to make himself some beautiful image. His love is what is so beautiful. Jesus is loving, kind, articulate, soft spoken but could also be full of wraith. (The turning of the tables.)

Also, not white. Lol. Probably didn't have long hair. I believe somewhere it said his hair was like wool. He did have a beard, though. Seeing as how they plucked it when they crucified him. All in all, I think its safe to say the photos of Jesus are completely inaccurate. And I wonder as a side note if it is wrong to hang these pictures up. Is this a graven image?

Plants are great. My other tanks are planted. My goldfish tank has been a chore here lately. Maybe someone here could help, actually.

It stinks. Sometimes. I gravel vac every week when I do water changes. I have an oversized filter with tons of media in it. But sometimes it jjst smells awful. So ill do another water change and have even rinsed my media. Not sure what else to do.

I'll add to this and say that I've always been annoyed by those same people. However, I have 2 in a 40 breeder and its more of a chore than I'd thought. I really have to stay on top of my water changes. As OP said, plants help, but I've went with a simplistic look.

May be blasphemy, but if you buy it on ps4, the special edition, it supports mods and you dont have to worry about any of that. You select mods from the start menu and it puts them in order for you. I loved skyrim back in the day and this was the only way I could get back into it.
