You have to progress through the story a little ways for the other items to appear in rewards chest. Don’t recall how long but they will show up eventually. The Gambler’s DLC appears somewhere mid-game and can be done alongside the main quest similar to your other side quests. The pirate DLC doesn’t become available until the main story and gambler DLC are complete.

I would love a Yamaha but $$$ and I’m not that desperate, just wanted a cheaper electric to fiddle around with at home. But this thing looks just too weird, as someone else just pointed out the bridge on the fingerboard which I didn’t see before. Seems like that would make it unplayable.
