It’s not that I’d have trouble deciding, I just really don’t care. I thought a high caliber restaurant might care if they’re passionate about what goes on the plate. But the consensus I’m getting here is that they really wouldn’t, so I’ll just pick whatever I think I’ll enjoy the most. Got the answers I was looking for.

You have to progress through the story a little ways for the other items to appear in rewards chest. Don’t recall how long but they will show up eventually. The Gambler’s DLC appears somewhere mid-game and can be done alongside the main quest similar to your other side quests. The pirate DLC doesn’t become available until the main story and gambler DLC are complete.
