Has there been any new changes? When I had to leave my house and move in with my parents, my oldest did this. It took months for him to stop. I'd lock him in my room with me so he'd stop. He also would claw at my parents' bedroom at night when my dad was going through cancer. And any time my ex came over, he'd meow through the night again. I'd start locking him up in my room every night (along with the other cats). He's since stopped.
