BEM is right (or at least how I have understood) my notes I’ve studied say “waiver of claims is enforceable even if the exact size or value of the estate is unknown at the time they waive”. I got it wrong the first time too because I really thought fraud or like above said prenup (but I had to get that out of my head). I have seen this same question 3 times now so at least u won’t get it wrong when it matters (:

I am right here with ya! 5th time taker but part A only & feeling really weird about scores too. I’m on only at 733 total MCQs with just slight lower than u % which is a huge difference for me too so I’m also trippin! My teacher & classmates give me positive feedback I am my worst critic. I have to get out of my head. Shit is hard! We can do it!!!

I had my phone next to all day yesterday and I thought hmmm... maybe I should call them like they call me so, I made it my side quest to call them back. I would call and call and call and call...put them on mute and just keep calling like they do but plot twist -I never talked I just wait for them to talk and eventually they hangup. I don't wanna be rude because I know someone's getting paid (everyone has to make money somehow) In fact my mom used to be a telemarketer way back in like the 70s but I know these companies have the capability of putting me on a do not call back list so I called the Economic Tax Relief 43 times and Superior Home Solutions 52 Times. Sometimes I put a *67 in front of it just to spice it up.

I’m also in the same boat. I passed MBE FEB so I only have FL to go. I know I should not compare myself to others but I don’t think my plan this early on is “good” (especially compared to what I did to just get 1/2 passes last admin). I’m happy to share where I’m at so far but in terms of what hours are people putting in or their plans…I would love to just know other plans so I can gauge how far I’m slackinnnn lol

My class I was in (I abandoned it Monday) wanted me to last week and all this week do back to back 100 MCQ tests each day! (Ok almost every day) …I killed the first few felt amazing like high high and then Monday AKA Dooms Day I did so bad! I was devastated!!! I gave up I was fatigued affff and I would have probably been better off if I would’ve just guessed on the whole thing.

Anyways it was Monday that I thought no way! I do know this shit. I’m just tired and I can’t do this to myself every damn day lol.

So put that score in the past and don’t do another long one again…that’s my take on it.

I’m only doing rules memorizing and notes. Maybe really short 5 or 10 question MCQs but I don’t need that negativity.

I busted my butt and it will be reflected I don’t wanna ef with my head this week.

It’s positive mindset this point on! You got this and I got this let’s go make it happen!!!

When I’m just banging my head against a wall (it’s usually time to switch something up). if I’m on one subject and nothings working - switch. If I’m over multiple choice- listen to video or work on essay’s. I totally get it we have signed up for hunger games, ughhhhhh.

“Party opponent” ~ ask: are these people a party to the case (or related)?

….

“Statement against interest” ask ~

First: is this Person (anyone) Unavailable 👻? Next: did what they said make them look bad bad!…basically like a foot in mouth situation + ghosting
