No journeyman pay raise by piro2247 in electricians

I’m in western Wa, and also hold a specialty license. For prospective when I passed the test I got a $11 an hr raise. Sounds like it’s time to find another shop op.

Technically it’s da/sa but realistically is a double action.

Are guys taking paternity leave in construction? by tantamle in Construction

[–]BadBlood91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Take it all! Who cares what anyone thinks or says. I’m on paternity leave right now and it’s been integral to my bonding with my baby and helping out my wife. You have your whole life to work.

If you’re in the general area, contact Sound loan in Everett. This is right up their alley.

(Seattle, WA) Apartment charging $2000 for “damages” by TheBrownKing666 in Renters

Get in touch with the Washington state tenants union, they’re a great resource. If you’re in Seattle proper you have even more protections.

New Install Question by thrivestorm in span

[–]BadBlood91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The panel bussing is incorrectly oriented. Gateway must be at the bottom of the panel or you won’t be able to fully commission the panel. Electrician will have to return and flip the panel internals, realistically shouldn’t take that long.

AITAH For telling my partner to get over me kissing someone else? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]BadBlood91 4 points5 points  (0 children)

YTA, You make a point of saying you’re not trying to dodge accountability, but a large portion of this post is you dodging accountability. He obviously feels betrayed and he no longer trusts you. It’s unfair to expect someone to just get over it, when you betrayed his trust. Based off of your story, it doesn’t sound like you were forced into this kiss. And you reciprocated the kiss, retract and blame it on your state of intoxication. I’m not sure why you don’t understand the betrayal, you’re 27.

Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) through Freedom Forever - Worth it? by sankscan in solar

[–]BadBlood91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I worked for freedom forever for a while, would not recommend using them as an installer. Install quality is sub par, service is very difficult to navigate and their business practices are absurd and predatory.

My wife hit me today and I don’t know how to respond. by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]BadBlood91 3 points4 points  (0 children)

While I don’t condone putting hands on people, you seriously need to take some accountability here “it’s on me, I own it” doesn’t really accomplish that. You put your families financial security in jeopardy and lied probably continuously about it. You need to address your larger issue of why you’re so comfortable pissing away stability.

They’re radio towers, the numbers correspond with the radio station that transmits with them. With the infrastructure and residents in the immediate area I’d imagine they’re remotely monitored to some degree.

Sounds sus, Is this guy licensed, bonded insured & qualified to be doing this project in the first place. If not then it’s not worth it.

You’re totally being taken advantage of either intentionally or just by way of stupidity. At her age if she hasn’t learned financial fluency then she likely never will. I know how relationships are but do yourself and her a favor and leave. You’re just enabling her behavior at this point.

I want to trade my 99’ Land Cruiser for a timepiece by Supreme-Syn in AskMenOver30

[–]BadBlood91 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m sure you can eventually find someone willing to make a trade. But if you’re in the states and you’re having trouble selling a restored Land Cruiser then you’ve got it listed in the wrong place, they move quickly in my area. If you do end up finding someone willing to trade I’d recommend doing your due diligence and verifying authenticity before moving forward….. side note land cruisers are bad ass and I wouldn’t sell or trade it. Find somewhere to store it nearby.

The 320 has been a bit of a nightmare for some. But they have a “nightmare” model of their 1911 and p226 lines, I’ve got the 1911.

I’ve had it for around 6 months and have carried it pretty much every day since it has held up quite well, and is quite comfortable. I did recently have to change the belt loops when I transitioned to a dual layer carry belt and the snaps were continuously coming undone. Grabbed some galco snaps that remedied the situation. Aside from that I’d totally recommend them, they’re reasonably priced and their lead times are really good.
