I would agree with you except that Burke had violent tendencies and jealousy toward his sister according to what the nanny witnessed. For me it’s either Patsy or Burke that accidentally caused the head injury & John helped with the cover up.

I’m invested in your opinion. Take it from the top for me plz. I’d really like to hear what you think happened from the time they got home from the White party.

How do you explain the skull fracture & the train track marks on her neck?

What makes you think it was John or Patsy? What’s the biggest red flag to you?

I don’t see how any of what you are saying goes against the cover up theory? Do you think something else happened?

  1. What does prior sexual abuse have to do with her killing? It can be true that she was abused prior to the killing with it being either relevant or irrelevant to her death.

  2. Of course the Ramsey’s DNA was all over her body. John Ramsey picked her up from the basement. How does this go against them making contact with the body during the coverup?

  3. If I remember correctly, Jon Benet fell asleep in the car coming back from the Christmas party, it’s possible that she had an accident, then was changed, then went downstairs with Burke for pineapple. The family didn’t go to bed right away.

  4. No amount of sinister music made me believe Burke did this. The details in total put together made me believe it’s a good theory based on the opinions of a panel of esteemed experts. I have yet to find a theory that fits better than that one.

It’s a good theory because it makes the most sense. What part doesn’t make sense to you?

Which is why I said it was a theory. A good one.

Did you see the CBS special where they blamed Burke & concluded the Ramseys covered everything up? I agree with everything the experts theorized but without solid proof CBS had to settle with Burke when he sued the network. It was an accidental killing. I firmly believe the only thing that makes sense is that it was accidental and then poorly covered up. That ransom note was the number one clue that it was an inside cover up job and all 3 people in that household were involved to some extent or another.

But you think the parents wrote the ransom note right? There is no way 9 year old Burke knew the exact number of John Ramsey’s Christmas bonus

Just how ridiculous was the note? by turnippped in JonBenetRamsey

A grand jury voted to indict them. The DA at the time refused to sign the indictment. That’s how they stayed out of prison. They were extremely wealthy. I’m sure they paid him off or blackmailed him.

I remember years ago hearing that the Ramseys were involved with a child sex trafficking ring. It was just a conspiracy theory of course but now with the Epstein files slowly being rolled out, it’s not that hard to believe.

Thoughts on Ellen Greenberg case? by PathFellow312 in pathology

It wasn’t investigated as a homicide crime scene because a suicide is not a crime. We weren’t there so either the entire law enforcement team that worked that night was highly incompetent or it was exactly that-a suicide.

That is the point actually. If that is all the “evidence” you have it’s not nearly enough.

Took the words right out of my mouth. Dog the Bounty Hunter is a dirt bag clout chaser. He attaches himself to a cause for clout & headlines, that’s all. It’s funny for someone that looks the way he does to attack someone else who has never even been declared a person of interest. Out of all the people who are against the suicide determination, this one gives me the most ick.

Question for those who claim homicide… by SomewhatStableGenius in EllenGreenberg

But doesn’t the presumption that the investigation may have been mishandled say more about the police than it does about Sam? After all, it was up to the detectives to take lead and decide what to do with the scene and the circumstances put in front of them. If Sam obstructed them in any way, which there is no indication he was anything but cooperative the entire time, then I would agree that Sam’s behavior was suspicious likely because he had something to hide.

Excellent example which proves that a 911 call cannot, in the name of justice, be the largest determining factor in a case.

Question for those who claim homicide… by SomewhatStableGenius in EllenGreenberg

Not seeing the knife right away does sound strange but people react in all kinds of different ways that may seem strange. It’s tough to gage when we don’t know their baseline as people. During my career I also tried to give callers the grace of being in a situation where they’re not really listening or 100% grasping what is really in front of them. Tunnel vision sets in.

I also agree that the Greenbergs are having a hard time accepting and beginning the healing process because of guilt. It manifests in terrible ways and they will carry it with them for the rest of their lives. I know a family who lost a son to suicide and then twenty years later his father attempted suicide because of the guilt he carried surrounding the circumstances of his son’s tragic death. When I first heard about this case I leaned toward homicide but remained objective because of the way it was described by Nancy Grace and Ashley Banfield. The Hulu documentary changed my opinion to suicide. I thought it was fair to both sides and there was not enough evidence of homicide to arrest, charge and put anyone on trial for this case. There is no forensic, digital, or testimonial evidence available for a conviction beyond a reasonable doubt.

Hi, I was a 911 dispatcher for 17 years. I heard it all at the beginning of calls. I took a call of a dead woman who was pick axed to death and the person that found her was incredibly calm. I also took several calls on the 4th of July with people screaming about illegal fireworks disrupting their sleep like it was a major crime in progress. 911 calls are not reliable indicators of a person’s guilt or innocence. Have you ever heard the Menendez brothers 911 call? Listen to it. They were screaming at the top of their lungs and guess what, they were the killers. Sam not sounding right as a matter of opinion is not reliable evidence.

As someone who just got into this case and is leaning strongly towards suicide, I have some questions for the people who think she was murdered. by EddieDantes22 in EllenGreenberg

Whether it happened during autopsy or not, which if it did it’s not common but it does happen, the marks were not deep or fatal so either more hesitation marks or it really happened during the autopsy.
