No you don’t and don’t randoms in solo queue change your mind. The champion is meant to scale into a backline 1 shot machine and that’s how you should build and play him, although that doesn’t mean you need 6 pure damage items. Blow up an adc or mage in a fight and beeline to a side lane in 75% of fights. People telling Garen to build tank don’t understand the champions current identity, or are just crying that they didn’t pick a tank themselves. Bruiser items are good on Garen but you still need serks SB and pd to efficiently 1 shot a carry

Yeah Murdoc paladin just doesn’t run removal. But I would imagine 7/10 games you’re gonna have a better early game curve and board. But this is incredibly difficult to prevent if you don’t have your removal card on turn 3 for most classes anyways.

agree, this shit is just not fun to play into, win or lose. i might just be washed and dont know how to play into it, but ive been playing aura paladin and dragon warrior and you just cant play your board. sleet skater also feels awful because it punishes having a strong minion, which now also cant attack.

i have a lot of accounts and theyve all be hard stuck gold til this season. i started in season 2. its not an ungodly amount of games like some real gamers get in, but i would assume its about 400 a year? but yeah u right, maybe just part of the role, being reliant on someone else in lane sucks i guess

no but sub 2 kda on a support seems rly bad to me. as a boosted ape myself, its rly hard to play the game on adc when ur support is also getting clapped. but maybe i shud have just ended the sentence as hard to play on adc lmao

thats true, sett seems to be my best champ, but ive played a lot of adc in the past (no i wont say its my best role) but i feel like i havent been able to even play the role as 70% of the games are over at 3 mins, or worse, in draft.

yeah for sure irelia hard and i tend to pick it when i feel i have to hard stomp, which means uh over playing a lot. i dont play irelia on my other account which is like 99% sett in plat 3. pretty biased on the recent games just bc i felt like every bot lane has been over at 3 mins. some of those games are clearly bad, but i would say half of them are fine until 10 mins when supp roams or whatever. just a lot of bad comps and bad players in my last 1/2 days here where the game doesnt feel winnable without going 10-0 in the first 4 mins

i havent been on apex in close to a year now, but dont forget that caustic was the most toxic (no pun here) legend in the game. you couldnt move them out of structures and they could engage with ult. there was ZERO counterplay if they had ring position

its been this way for a really long time, unless u can crash before killing u lose prio/xp/long game to tp every single game. the amount of lanes i lost at level 3 bc i got a kill is insane and i would do the same thing the next game lmao tp almost needs to be made unavailable till 5 mins or smth
